We hire experienced technicians, graduates of technician training programs and individuals who possess the right combination of applicable skill sets for specific needs.

General Job Requirements:

  • Demonstrated history of job stability, professional attitude and exceptional motivation
  • Minimum high school graduation
  • Preferably at least 25 years of age
  • Ability to work comfortably at heights up to 350 Feet
  • Good physical condition for ladder climbing and occasional heavy lifting
  • Technicians must work outdoors in all types of weather conditions, including extremely hot and cold temperatures, high wind, rain, etc.
  • Technicians must work in confined spaces
  • Must be able to travel, sometimes for long periods of time in order to complete projects. Typical rotations involve 5-6 week deployments, with 4-5 days of R&R, and then back out again
  • Long overtime hours often required, including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to work independently with limited supervision in small teams, in remote locations
  • We conduct initial and ongoing random drug and alcohol abuse testing required by law
  • Valid drivers license and no criminal history

Current Job Positions:

  • Traveling Technicians, Level I (basic mechanical aptitude)
  • Traveling Technicians, Level III (experience commissioning & troubleshooting GE, Mitsubishi, Vestas &/or Gamesa WTGs)
  • Traveling Blade Technicians (experience inspecting and repairing fiberglass and composite blades)
  • Construction Owner Representative Manager
